Where I serve

Hi! My name is Allison Watson and I have been called to serve at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana! I am excited to work alongside college women and help them grow closer to Christ in their everyday lives.

My Story

During my junior year of college, a FOCUS missionary invited me on a mission trip to Brazil. I decided last minute to go, and it truly changed my life. I had never felt closer to Heaven on Earth. It was there that I also came to see the immense need for missionaries right here in our own country. Spiritual poverty is a real and pressing reality, especially on college campuses.

When I returned home, I had a deep desire to change my life and make Christ the center of everything I do. I got involved in discipleship and began leading a Bible study for a group of women. It was through that experience that I discovered what it truly means to live “the good life”—a life rooted in Christ. I fell in love with the mission, and that’s why I’ve decided to dedicate the next two years of my life to FOCUS, walking with women and leading them closer to Christ.
