When I first started college at the University of Colorado at Boulder (sko buffs), I was living a very worldly life, drowning in sin and not having any desire for heaven. I was ‘Catholic’ by the books but had never had a relationship with Jesus. Thanks to some peer pressure from my friends, I ended up going on a retreat where I went to my first confession in a long time and was freed from years of sin and bondage. I encountered Jesus in the blessed sacrament so deeply and intimately and heard Him proclaim His love for me. Over the next four years, my heart for the Lord grew and I yearned for heaven more and more. I started seeing the need for conversion and revival especially among college students. Being a student missionary at Boulder was so amazing and fruitful, that when God called me to become a missionary full-time, of course I said YES! I can’t wait to see the amazing things the Lord has in store for me in my years of FOCUS and I am so excited to be a missionary!!!
