The Lord has called me to serve at Mississippi State University! My team and I have the incredible opportunity to encounter students where they are and invite them into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church. Part of my role is to specifically reach out to women in Greek life, walking with them as they learn to live the Gospel within their chapters and as leaders on campus. I am very grateful for the call the Lord has placed on my heart to love and serve college students, the future of our Church, during such a pivotal time in their lives!

Throughout my life, the Lord has been patiently pursuing me. I was blessed to grow up in a loving, Catholic family and had many opportunities from very early on to grow in my faith. When I began college at the University of Memphis, I was desperately searching for belonging and for people to run towards Heaven with. I found great comfort and encouragement in the FOCUS Bible study I joined my freshman year.

I continued to encounter the Lord through the FOCUS missionaries on my campus, which absolutely transformed my life. I was shocked by the radical way they were living out the Gospel through prayer, virtue, & authentic friendship. Witnessing the way they centered their lives around God showed me what abundant life looks like, made me desire it, & gave me an example of how to live it out.

The summer after my Junior year, I had the incredible opportunity to spend 10 weeks in Big Sky, Montana through a program called Summer Projects. During this time, I became deeply convicted of the truth that my home is not a place, but a person: Jesus Christ in the Eucharist. I felt a deep peace knowing that I could meet Jesus, my truest home, face to face each day at Mass and in Adoration. It is in these places where I continue to receive His love and grow in intimacy with Him. This is a truth that I know is not only for me.

Returning to Memphis in the fall, it became abundantly clear to me that there was not a single person on campus who Jesus did not love or desire a relationship with which led me to start my first Bible study. It was one of the greatest gifts I have ever received to watch these women fall madly in love with God and be changed by the conviction that their identity does not lie in their chapter, their grades, or their friends, but simply in being beloved daughters of a good and loving Father.

As a missionary, my greatest desire is to lead all students to Christ. My life has been transformed by Jesus and I want nothing more than to bring this freedom & joy to others and walk with them as they learn to live as the beloved!
