We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
Each time anyone comes in contact with us, they must become different and better people because of having met us. We must radiate God’s love.
-Mother Teresa
God has called me to serve as a missionary at Northern Michigan University! Go Wildcats! I am excited to serve alongside my new teammates, encountering students and sharing the Gospel!
As a freshman, I arrived on campus eager to embrace the typical “college experience.” I dedicated much of my time to partying, while also making sure to attend Sunday mass. My sense of self was heavily influenced by how others perceived me, and I constantly sought to please those around me. This lifestyle ultimately left me feeling isolated and unworthy as both a friend and a daughter.
However, everything changed when I got involved with Bible study and participated in FOCUS summer projects. Through these experiences, I discovered my true identity as a beloved daughter of Christ. I came to understand that only Christ can fulfill the deepest desires of our hearts. Now, I am incredibly excited to return to campus with a new purpose: to help college students who are searching for their identity in the wrong places find the true fulfillment that only Christ can provide.
When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. I’ve been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I serve on campus. If you are interested in partnering with me, please let me know of the best way to reach you and I will schedule an appointment. I’d be honored to share this mission with you.

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
