A Life Transformed: Joining FOCUS to Impact Lives on Campus

Hi friends,

I never expected to become a missionary, but God’s call came in a way that I couldn’t ignore. It began with a simple question from a missionary at Kansas State University: “Have you ever thought about being a missionary?” That question planted a seed that grew as I saw God move in powerful ways through prayer, healing, and community. Over time, I felt God calling me to a life fully surrendered to His mission, to serve others, share the Gospel, and walk alongside people as they discover their faith. That’s when I knew I had to join FOCUS.

FOCUS is unique because it focuses on building intentional communities of faith on college campuses, where students can grow deeper in their relationship with Christ and confidently share their faith with others. In a time when many students are searching for meaning and identity, FOCUS provides the guidance and support they need to live out the Gospel in their everyday lives. As a campus missionary, my role is to mentor students, help them grow in their faith, and equip them to become leaders who will share the love of Christ with the world.

But I can’t do this alone. Your partnership is essential. Mission partners like you play a crucial role in reaching students with the Gospel. Your support empowers me to be on campus, building relationships and leading students to Christ, and ultimately multiplying the impact of the Kingdom. Together, we can make an eternal difference in the lives of college students and beyond.
