Where I serve

At the Denver Support Center (DSC), on the events team!

I serve on the events team. Whether it’s supporting recruitment weekends, Lifelong Mission events, or conferences- all our work goes to planning and putting on events that allow people to experience Jesus Christ firsthand.

My Story

I was born into a great Catholic family (praise God!) and was always involved in my faith; however, when I attended the University of Miami, a FOCUS missionary invited me to join a Bible study that took everything to another level. The missionaries invited me to a mission trip, a conference, into formation and to just do life together serving God. While the pull to mission always lingered, I went on to grad school and started a full-time job in the healthcare industry.

As God always has His plans (which are better – Jeremiah 29:11), I eventually quit my job to follow the call and serve in the Land of Saints & Scholars (Ireland). After 2 years of adventure and service, the Lord has called me to a new place where I can embrace two things I love: administration and mission.

I can’t go on mission alone. By joining FOCUS, I chose to rely on the Church for spiritual and financial support. As a mission partner, we can fulfill the great commission and make disciples of all nations.
