We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
God has called me to serve the students at MIZZOU in Columbia, Missouri! GO TIGERS
Growing up, my faith was not my highest priority. I was raised Catholic and went to youth group and Sunday mass, but sports, friends, and school took precedence for most of my life.
In college, I continued to put my faith on the back burner. I spent my first two years of college seeking happiness in the college experience that the movies tell you is everything you could ever want and putting my identity in just about everything but being a daughter of God. For awhile I thought I was happy and had everything I ever dreamed of, but there was something missing.
It wasn’t until a FOCUS missionary investing in me through genuine friendship that I realized there was more to life than the life I had been living. This friendship led to an invite to go on a mission trip to Peru, where I learned that prayer wasn’t just a lottery ticket where you probably won’t get what you want, but you might. He hears me, and He hears you.
My life was transformed by this one little “yes” to Him in the most fun and exciting way possible. My friendship with a FOCUS missionary changed my life, and I am so excited to partner with you to do the same, and together to deepy invest in the lives of other students who feel the same things I felt in college life and lead them into life-long friendship with Jesus Christ.
When I gave my yes to being a missionary, I chose to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners. If you feel that God is asking you for your “yes” to Him in this way, or just want to hear more about how the Lord has impacted my life, I would love to set up an appointment with you! Let me know the best way to reach you and know that I am praying for you. I would be more than honored to share Christ’s mission with you.

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
