I am serving at the University of Texas at San Antonio, go roadrunners!

When I was younger, I learned a lot about God, but I didn’t truly know Him personally. This lack left me grappling with anxiety, depression, and a persistent feeling of emptiness. In His mercy, God sent missionaries into my life who embodied His love through their kindness, intentionality, and genuine care for me. Through their actions and words, God revealed Himself to me in a profound way. Coming to know the person of Jesus Christ transformed my life, bringing me a joy and freedom that I had never known before. As I began to learn the voice of Christ, I found that life with Him was the greatest adventure and ultimate fulfillment.

This past year I had the privilege of pursuing women in friendship and guiding them in their faith through small groups and leadership within the university Catholic parish at Texas State University. It has been so rewarding to witness hearts open to His love and to see the lives of women transformed. Taking on this role of leadership as a student solidified my commitment to living out God’s calling in my life and continues to fuel my passion for being a missionary.

After coming to know the true God, I cannot but give my life in service to Him and hope that others can come to know Him through my service. This is why upon graduating college I chose to spend the next two years of my life on mission for college students rather than pursuing my career. In the future I hope to go into counseling, and God has revealed to me that this role I am stepping into as a missionary will help prepare me for this work.

I have committed to serving college students as a full time missionary for the next two years, and part of this commitment is fundraising my salary. I can fully dedicate myself to this mission with the help of your generosity.
