We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
I’m in my fifth year on staff with FOCUS and I have the privilege of serving on the Gift Operations team at the Denver Support Center. I served on campus at West Point in New York for two years, and now I get to serve missionaries, students, and donors in a more hidden role. God is working miracles through the apostolate of FOCUS, and it is a gift to be a part of it!
I am blessed to have grown up in a loving Catholic family. While my relationship with God was always important to me, it did not become the most important thing until my time at Xavier University. God gave me friends who were living with freedom and joy because they were living out of their identity in Christ. This was so attractive! I wanted to be like them and bring my peers into a Christ-centered life.
I came to know the work of FOCUS through my good friend who became a missionary. I was so encouraged by glory stories of God changing college students’ lives through the investment of FOCUS missionaries. I wanted to be part of this great work of evangelization! I am so grateful that I was offered a position as a campus missionary, and that I’ve gotten to be a “missionary to the missionaries” as I work at the Denver Support Center. Serving with this apostolate has been life-changing.
I’ve been privileged to walk with incredible people as I serve with FOCUS. If you are interested in partnering with me, please let me know of the best way to reach you and I will schedule an appointment. I’d be honored to share this mission with you. A monthly gift to my FOCUS Support Team helps me remain on mission to FOCUS’s 800+ campus missionaries. Your donation gives missionaries the tools and support to bring Christ to college students!

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
