Where I serve

After serving for four years on campus at the University of Missouri, 3 years as a Regional Director in the North Area, I am serving as a Strategic Advisor for Collegiate Outreach. In this role I support the VPs of FOCUS to create, discern, and implement processes to maximize efficiency and quality. I also serve as the Community of Mission Leader of Kansas City which aims to connect, encourage, and equip disciples of Christ to make disciples in the KC Metro Area.

My Story

As a missionary, I have experienced and tasted for myself that in giving myself to others, in sharing love and the truth of the Gospel, my own heart becomes more and more transformed to Love Himself. Jesus Christ changed my life through a series of encounters during my time at Texas A&M University as a student. I was a “successful” student with high grades, solid leadership opportunities, and a good network of friends, but it never seemed to be enough for me, because our hearts can only be fulfilled by God. Our hearts long for an infinite love that only God can give, and so He does through the giving of His own Son Jesus Christ for us to receive and believe in to be brought into union with Him again. This is the gospel that God has spurred me on to share through the investment of college students. I’ve been constantly amazed by the different souls I’ve encountered on campus and now in the KC metro area. With my husband, Tim, and son, George, we strive to live our vocation as a family centered on Christ and pointed towards reaching the world for Christ.
