Hello! My name is Patrick. I’m a first year FOCUS missionary.

Where I serve

I will be serving my First year on mission at Hope College in Holland, Michigan!

My Story

As a missionary I will walk with students to share the love of Christ.

I grew up in a Catholic household in Gonzales, Louisiana. I graduated from Louisiana Tech, Go Dawgs, with a degree in computer science and a minor in UTeachTech, basically just secondary education for STEM majors. Even though I grew up in a Catholic household, I found myself not going to mass because my family didn’t really attend and falling away from the faith.

In my freshman year at Tech I found myself going to more protestant events and not taking my Catholic faith seriously. All of that change in my sophomore year, when I had my best friend invite me to the Thursday night Bible study at the Catholic center on campus. After that I went on to serve on the leadership team at Tech, first as the ImpACTS chair, which was basically the chair that helped with the community of Ruston, and then the Vice president of the organization my senior year.

From that point on I found that this path has brought me to know God’s faithfulness and goodness, so much that I want men in college to understand in a greater way!
