We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
“No one has greater love than this, to lay down one’s life for one’s friends” (John 15:13)
I am grateful to be serving as a missionary at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville this semester. Go Vols!
I was raised in a devout Catholic household, but by the time I reached college, my faith had become nothing more than an obligation to attend Sunday Mass. I still held onto my Catholic identity, but my lack of a personal relationship with the Lord made me feel lost and alone at a big university.
The Lord spent my first semester slowly softening my heart by connecting me with a FOCUS Bible study. By the second semester of my freshman year, I was willing to say yes to going on a weekend retreat through the Catholic center. It was there that the Lord showed me His Fatherly love and His longing for me to return to Him. He allowed me to see how He was always present to me in the good men He had placed into my life. Throughout the next two years of college, God put a desire in my heart to be that man for other people. I am so excited to walk with the men I serve and show them what and who they were made for!
When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. I would be honored if you would team up with me on this mission.
Please reach out if you are interested in partnering with me. I can’t wait to meet you!

We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.

We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
