Julie has been active with the Cenacolo Community since 1993, serving men and women recovering from addiction. From 2011–2020 she served on the Vocations Board for the Diocese of Saint Augustine. Julie is a member of the Seven Sisters Apostolate, which is dedicated to praying Holy Hours for specific priests and bishops. She recently helped start a Walking with Purpose Bible Study at her parish and serves in Deliverance ministry in her Diocese. She is involved in intercessory prayer teams in Jacksonville and Saint Augustine and volunteers at Catholic Charities.
Julie and her husband, Joe, started a Sunday evening rosary group in their home in 1989 after returning home from a pilgrimage to Medjugorje. This rosary group is still active to this day. Julie and Joe have been married for 40 years and have 10 children and 16 grandchildren. They are members of Holy Family Catholic Church in Jacksonville, Florida.
