Tom has been active in the real estate industry for over 40 years; having been involved in many facets of real estate including foreclosures, developing, managing, rehabbing and training.
Tom recently retired after 20+ years as Co Founder of iTrip Vacations, one of the largest franchised vacation rental companies in North America. Tom’s interest in the short term rental industry dates back to the early days of the internet, when he and a partner built one of the first online portals to sell vacation rental real estate across the US and parts of Central America. Today, iTrip manages thousands of short term rentals in traditional vacation destinations and in many urban locations across North America.
Prior to starting his real estate journey, Tom worked for Grant Thornton’s consulting practice. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky (Finance) and has his MBA (Finance) from the University of Cincinnati.
Lynne’s professional background is in marketing and advertising. She worked for a startup ad agency that helped put Lens Crafters on the map as well as other prominent companies.
When Tom and Lynne had their second child, Lynne made “one of the best decisions of my life” when she left corporate America to be a stay at home mom. She has been active in various volunteering opportunities including several years as a Girl Scout leader, tutor, companion to the elderly and supporting pro life.
