Where I serve

I will be serving at Wichita State University in Kansas. Go Shockers!!!

The Lord has called me into a wonderful adventure out in Wichita, Kansas and Im excited to be a witness of the transforming power of the Gospel in the lives of these students! Shock the World!!!

My Story

I grew up catholic in Fairfield, California. My mother was very involved in our parish as a catechist and group leader for the charismatic group. I was always involved in serving in retreats and conferences and would attend the sacraments regularly because of her. My faith began to be my own when I discovered youth ministry; a place where I can build community with other youth and learn about the faith. Eventually the Lord, led me deeper into His life and gave me a love and zeal for the faith.

I wanted more of God and throughout my high school and early college years, the Lord began to reveal His tender and merciful heart to me. My love for university students began to grow while serving on council at the Sacramento Newman Center. I began to desire a more devoted and spiritual life, and the Lord led me to World Youth Day, where I was first introduced to FOCUS. I was affected deeply by the tender and compassionate love of the missionaries and I desired to share that same love with college students.

Since I’ve said yes to God, He has taken me into this wonderful adventure, full of love, joy, struggle, and excitement and Im excited to see where we go next!

I desire to bring the good news of the gospel to the students of Wichita State University and to do so I need your help. Your financial assistance will provide me the freedom to devote myself entirely to this community and allow students to embrace every opportunity given to them.
