We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
“The world promises you comfort, but you were not made for comfort. You were made for greatness.”
Pope Benedict XVI
God has called me to serve at the University of Pittsburgh! Let’s go Pitt!
I was raised in a Catholic household, went to Catholic school and mass every Sunday. I appreciated the Catholic faith for much of my life, but it was not something I took very seriously. I picked and chose the parts of the faith that fit the life I wanted to live. This illusion of freedom I had made me unfulfilled and desiring more. I discovered, with the help of a FOCUS missionary, that this longing desire could only be satisfied through God. This missionary revealing the truth of my identity and the joy of the Gospel message transformed my life. So many college students do not know this truth and my desire as a FOCUS missionary is to share the joyful Gospel message with them.
When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. If you are interested in partnering with me, please let me know of the best way to reach you and I will schedule an appointment. I’d be honored to share this mission with you.

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
