I could not be more happy to be returning to the University of North Dakota for my second year on mission! Grand Forks (surprisingly) won over my heart over the past year and quickly became home!

Growing up Catholic, I knew many things to be true about my faith. I am thankful for the people and experiences of my youth that led me to Christ, but had a hard time coming to fully believe the teachings and what the reality of having a relationship with Christ looked like.
As a student at Northern Arizona University, I encountered the college culture with full force and could not comprehend how faith could play a role in my life. I gave all my energy to my sorority and friendships that left me feeling unfulfilled, leading my life away from Christ. At the beginning of my sophomore year I met the FOCUS missionaries on campus; they immediately became friendly faces and safe places in my life. I felt a small pull to the Newman Center at NAU, so for three years I would occasionally show up. However, there was a community at the Newman Center that the Lord started to show me I could be apart of. At the beginning of my senior year, I started stepping into various leadership roles at the Newman Center, leading me to have a strong pull to mission, particularly to sorority and fraternity life students. There is an immense desolation on college campuses around the country where thousands of students, especially those in Greek life, are running to many of the things the world says will fulfill the desires in our hearts, that only the Lord can speak into.
Through the friendship and investment of my missionaries at NAU, I was given excellent examples on how to live a life that is truly authentic and rooted in Christ. I have been called into this mission to give back and show others that experiencing the Lord’s love and mercy is possible for them too. I cannot wait to encounter students from all different paths of life, bring a smile to their faces, and walk with them in our journey to Heaven! It is a great honor that the Lord entrusts to us to walk with others and I could not be happier with where He has me!
I’m incredibly grateful and excited to be on this journey as a FOCUS missionary, and I’d love for you to be a part of it! As I work to share the Gospel with students on campus, I place my trust in God to provide for all my needs—both spiritual and material. I’m blessed to have a support team that walks with me through prayer and financial partnership, making it possible for us to bring Christ to college students. Your support directly helps me carry out the Great Commission here at the University of North Dakota. If you’re interested in joining me on mission, I’d love to connect! Let me know the best way to reach you, and we can schedule a time to chat. You can reach me at (337) 380-5008 / [email protected]

We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.

We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
