Every year the FOCUS SEEK Conference brings together some of the most powerful and thought-provoking speakers in the Catholic world.

We’ve compiled some of the most popular SEEK talks from years past.

1. For Everyone

An occasional misconception, SEEK isn’t exclusively for college students. At our SEEK conferences, we have a hugely diverse crowd made up of parishioners, priests, seminarians, lay leaders, FOCUS alumni, donors, and more.

2. The Eucharist and Mental Health

A hot topic, mental health is something that thankfully we talk about a lot in our society. There are so many prescribed ways to improve mental health, but we Christians know that without God, our life is desolate. This powerful talk looks at how receiving Christ in the Eucharist is the balm we require to live healthy and joy-filled lives.

3. Confession Tips

Everyone can improve their confessions, and this talk gives some great tips on how to not just tick confession of the to-do list, but to really experience it.

4. Same-Sex Attraction
