My Story
I grew up as a cradle Catholic, deeply involved in my faith during my early years, but in high school I began to pull back from evangelizing out of fear of being seen as judgmental. In college, a visit to a non-denominational service made me realize what I was missing—the Eucharist, the true presence of Christ that sets the Catholic Church apart. Since transferring to the University of Toledo, authentic friendships and involvement in campus ministry have rekindled my faith and helped me grow deeply in my relationship with Jesus.
I first felt called to full-time campus ministry in middle and high school, where I was inspired by incredible Catholic role models and loved helping others find hope and belonging in Christ. That passion was reignited in college after meeting FOCUS missionaries who showed me what it truly looks like to live out the mission of winning souls for Christ. Now, I’m incredibly grateful and excited for the opportunity to share God’s love through campus ministry.
