“If anyone comes to me, I want to lead them to Him.” – St. Teresa Benedicta of the Cross
Hello! I am thrilled to be serving as a first-year missionary at the University of Maine! I am so excited for this wild adventure God is inviting me into!
I was born and raised in the great state of Idaho! I grew up in a very faithful and devout Catholic home. My parents both set incredible examples of what it means to truly practice your faith and to be involved in your church and local community. I had the tremendous gift of being able to attend a Catholic elementary and middle school where I learned the facts of the faith. Throughout my childhood, I always enjoyed going to Mass and found my Catholic faith to be a great comfort.
Going into college at the University of Idaho, I was planning on going to Mass, but I wasn’t too interested in getting involved with the Catholic community there. As soon as I arrived on campus, however, I realized how vibrant the community at St. Augustine’s was! I realized how in love with the Lord they all were. I wanted that too. I went to the Fall retreat my freshman year and realized how Jesus wants to have a personal relationship with me. I decided that Jesus needed to become the center of my life, not just a part of my life. The FOCUS missionaries as well as the other students at St. Augustine’s became some of my closest friends and inspired me to live my life differently and to truly give my life to Christ.
During my last year at the University of Idaho, I was invited to apply to FOCUS and to come to recruitment weekend. I knew going into recruitment weekend that if I was offered a position, I would say yes. I want to allow the Lord to work through me to help get just one more soul to Heaven.
It’s through your participation, both spiritually and financially, that I am able to go on mission. I would love to be able to meet with you and learn about your story! It would be a privilege to be able to do this mission together.
“When they had brought their boats to shore, they left everything and followed Him.” Luke 5:11

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
