We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
In my role as Director of Leadership Formation, I form and develop our key leaders—Regional Directors (who oversee and coach mission efforts across a region) and Team Directors (who lead local teams on the ground)—as well as our veteran staff. I design and lead trainings, fellowships, and summits that strengthen their leadership, deepen their formation, and equip them to serve with clarity and excellence.
By investing in these leaders, I help ensure our mission grows with unity, depth, and lasting impact.
Although I was raised in a Catholic household, my life changed profoundly during an encounter with Jesus Christ in Holy Week 2009. That experience set me on a path of intentional formation, leading to my Confirmation through RCIA at Our Lady of Fatima in Lakewood, Colorado. In those early years, I began to grow in a living relationship with Christ and a deep love for His Church.
During my sophomore year at Colorado State University, through my involvement with FOCUS, I came to recognize the Church’s urgent need for evangelization and leadership formation. That conviction has only deepened over time.
After years serving on college campuses and now in my role as Director of Leadership Formation, I am more convinced than ever that my vocation is to form leaders who help others discover their identity and purpose in Christ. I invest in Regional Directors and Team Directors—equipping, mentoring, and forming them to lead with clarity, conviction, and excellence. It is a gift to spend my life multiplying leaders who will, in turn, give their lives for others. I am deeply grateful to continue saying “yes” to this mission.
This mission wouldn’t be possible without people like you. We are all called to make disciples of all nations. Although we all have different talents and callings that bring us to various endeavors in life, we must all fulfill the mission in the way God allows us. With your financial support and prayers, you can be directly involved in fulfilling the Great Commission–you can join with me in changing the lives of the future leaders of the world on college campuses. Together we can change the world for Christ and His Church!

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.

We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
