Where I serve

My family serves at The University of Texas at San Antonio! We, along with the rest of our team, have the joy of sharing the Gospel with the goal of reaching the whole campus!

We are blessed with the opportunity to pursue these students through Bible studies, discipleship, and everyday life to build up the Domestic Church and fulfill Christ’s Great Commission.

My Story

I grew up in a small town in South Texas, where faith was integral to my family life. After having a deep encounter with Christ on a retreat my junior year of high school, I shared my experience with my family and joined OCIA. Next year, I arrived at Texas A&M University as a new convert to the Catholic Church. While I desired to pursue and deepen my faith, my main priority was living a worldly college lifestyle.

Through authentic friendship with other students at the Catholic Center, I committed my life to Christ and fully embraced the Christian Life. Not long after, I got involved in a FOCUS Bible study and discipleship, where someone personally invested in me. Through discipleship, I was set on fire for evangelization and reaching souls who didn’t know Christ, much like the college student I once was.

After experiencing a life changing transformation, I recognized the important of evangelization on the college campus and joined FOCUS as a full-time missionary!
