We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
“The Lord has called us from different nations, but we must be united with one heart and one soul.” – St. Maria Elizabeth Hesselblad
God has called me to serve at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, South Carolina! I am very excited to share His Gospel and grow in discipleship with the men of CCU. You’ll often find me playing basketball on campus, sharing a meal with friends, or visiting nature spots with my disciples.
Growing up Catholic in Kentucky was a great experience. My family was active in our local parish. And I was always guided to be a disciple of Christ. When I went to college, something was different. I felt challenged in my faith like never before. I spent my first half of college living an unvirtuous lifestyle and struggling to understand my place. I was unhappy, unfulfilled, and unfaithful.
God gave me an incredible change of heart when a FOCUS missionary that my family was supporting was sent to my campus at Middle Tennessee State University. After invitations to attend the Catholic center, the FOCUS missionaries at my campus greeted me with love and support. By the grace of God, they helped me to recover my faith and be more active than ever before. They showed me the way to a life of divine intimacy, authentic friendship, and an increasing understanding of the Catholic faith. I attended formation, went to daily masses, and went on a mission trip.
When an unexpected opportunity for me to join FOCUS arose, I felt called. God completely transformed my life through my experiences with FOCUS. And I hope to be a vessel for God to continue restoring faith in college students.
In Matthew 28:18-20 Jesus calls all of us to go on mission. I’ve been called to be a campus missionary. And I am blessed to rely on God through the aid of spiritual and financial support. In the same way the Lord has called us to proclaim his word, He is inviting you to deepen your relationship with Him by becoming a mission partner. Being a mission partner is an exciting opportunity to have a personal role in our mission toward sharing the Gospel on college campuses.
If you have questions, I would be happy to meet and discuss further. Please contact me by clicking the little email or phone icon underneath my photo. I look forward to sharing this mission with you!

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
