We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
Our Lord has been pleased to give my team and I the opportunity to be the first FOCUS missionaries to serve the students of the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Menomonie, Wisconsin. May He be blessed forever.

The seeds of my relationship with Our Lord were planted in the waters of baptism when I was merely an infant. This baptism of mine was the only part of my childhood and adolescence that bore any degree of religiosity, but thank God He put the idea in my grandma’s mind, and she in my mother’s!
I, and my family with me, ignored His many invitations to know Him, satisfied–if one could call it that–as I was with the life I was living. My childhood and adolescence, although admittedly not unfamiliar with good times by God’s unknown goodness, can nevertheless be best described only with mostly troubling language. The height of my godless misery reached its peak in early college when the limits of my finitude finally met their end, and in the desperation that Saint Augustine so eloquently puts on the lips of all penitents escaped my own, “O Lord my heart is restless until it rests in Thee!”
By God’s good grace and infinite mercy, in 2023, in Akron, Ohio I returned to His Church and found forgiveness, strength and sustenance in His holy Sacraments on that year’s Easter Vigil.

Thereafter (and ever since) I have ceaselessly tried to offer Him as much as I can in return for the limitless blessings He has offered to me. My desire, certainly at times imprudently directed, led me to seminaries, Institutes, and hermitages, but Our Lord was pleased to show me that His holy Will for me is matrimony and mission work.
My wife Meghan and I are expecting our first child in August of 2026, and intend to continue serving our great God with FOCUS for as long as we know this to be His holy Will!

I am so grateful to this God of ours that He has been pleased to use me and my team for the benefit of these dear students at Stout. We are currently walking with many, and are very satisfied with the results that Our Lord has granted us since beginning here in August of 2025. May we continue to be docile to His holy Will so that the fruit He has already foreknown to be abundant may be borne in His due season. Amen.

We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.

We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
