“For whatever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that overcomes the world, our faith” – 1 John 5:4
The Lord has called me to serve my first year of mission in my home state at Colorado State University! Pictured below is the team of the other amazing missionaries that I will be serving with: Jackson, Hannah, Will, and Emma. I am beyond excited to see how God will use us to transform lives in Fort Collins, CO! Go Rams!

I was blessed to be raised in a Catholic family, where practicing the faith was non-negotiable. Despite my consistent formation and involvement, my Catholic faith for most of my life felt like an obligation, and I found myself consistently living lukewarm. I considered myself a good Christian and experienced a few small moments of encounter with the Lord; however, it was not until college that I truly recognized and responded to the love of Christ and His speaking truth into my life and my identity.
Going into college at the University of Colorado Boulder (sko buffs!), I knew I wanted to continue to practice my faith, but it again became a low priority as I quickly became hooked on the party culture. I was attending Sunday Mass, but every other day, I was searching for identity and answers to the longing in my heart in all the wrong places, and I found myself consistently left empty and at a loss of freedom. Recognizing that this could not be the life that God desired for me to live, I began to slowly involve myself in the Catholic community. Through the intentionality of and encounter with a FOCUS missionary, Jesus revealed to me His great pursuit of me, and this truth radically transformed my heart and the rest of my life.
After attending a FOCUS SEEK conference my sophomore year, the Lord revealed to me my truest identity as His daughter, all that I was made for, and gave me the opportunity to say yes to Him entirely. From this point on, I realized that God had been walking with me all along, and I knew that I wanted a relationship with Him. Slowly but surely, I began to grow in virtuous friendship, learn the life of a disciple, frequent the Sacraments, and participate in daily prayer, all of which completely changed my life. I can honestly say that I have witnessed the great love of Jesus Christ, and I know with confidence that in my fears, my pain, my joy, and my desires, He is always there, asking for the fullness of my heart—of all our hearts.
The Lord’s work in my life has led me to where I am today, saying yes to being His missionary disciple. I fully believe that we were all made for Heaven and that it begins by living on earth as it is in Heaven, which means living in communion with God in all the ways that we can. I cannot deny the ways that my life was changed by Him, and I know that I must share this life with others, especially those on the college campus. I desire to be a vessel for the Lord, to share the Gospel with many young women, and I hope to see the world become ablaze with people who know who they are because they know Whose they are. We were made for the abundant life, one in which we fully believe we are known and loved by our God, and I am honored to be a part of the mission of sharing this with young college women!
In saying yes to FOCUS and fulfilling the Great Commission, I have also committed myself to relying on both the spiritual and financial support from a team of mission partners. This mission truly does not happen without the generous contributions from our mission partners, and I would love to be able to invite you into this. With your yes and the greatness of our God, the lives of many college students will be transformed! We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.

We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
