God has called me to serve students at Arizona State University! I have the incredible opportunity to serve as the male Greek missionary on our team, focusing my outreach and discipleship efforts within the fraternity community.

For most of my life, faith wasn’t something I thought much about. I didn’t grow up religious and I never considered whether there was something more, but deep down, I often felt like something was missing. I couldn’t name it at the time, but there was a quiet restlessness in my heart.

That restlessness followed me into college. As a freshman, I joined a fraternity hoping to find purpose and belonging. One day, a fraternity brother invited me to attend Mass with him. I didn’t know it then, but that simple invitation would change everything. This sparked a desire in me to seek the truth and to discover what my heart had been missing all along.

In the months that followed, I began to read Scripture and explore the teachings of the Church. I came to believe that the Catholic Church held the fullness of that truth, and during my sophomore year, I was baptized and confirmed. It was the beginning of a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ.

The journey wasn’t always easy. Living out my newfound faith within my fraternity presented challenges, especially as I struggled to remain secure in my identity as a beloved son of the Father. But I wasn’t alone. Through the support of a vibrant Catholic community and the presence of campus missionaries, my faith not only endured, it flourished.

As I entered my senior year, I began discerning where God was calling me next. In prayer, I felt a clear call to serve with FOCUS and preach the Gospel on college campuses. Just as one brother’s invitation led me to the Church, I now hope to invite many more into a relationship with our Lord — so that their restless hearts, too, may find rest in Him.

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me live out this mission. I’ve been blessed with the most incredible people who have chosen to journey with me as I serve on campus. This mission is truly a two-way street—any impact the Lord makes through me is also made through you.
