We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
I serve on the FOCUS Missions team, launching trips with on-campus missionaries and their students to reach people around the world with the Gospel. It is a joy to serve within the mission of FOCUS to make disciples of all nations.
While in nursing school, I served on three separate foreign mission trips, which opened my eyes to the possibility of living as a missionary full-time. God’s love had touched and transformed my heart, and I desired to be available to bring the truth of His love to others. I stepped into an on-campus missionary role with FOCUS after graduating from nursing school. I eagerly served on campus for four years.
After these years on campus, I stepped back into the world of nursing when I received an opportunity to work as a bedside nurse on a medical telemetry unit at a hospital in Kansas City. Now, I have returned to FOCUS. I am thrilled to join the Missions team and hope to partner with faithful individuals and families to send mission teams around the world to bring the love of Christ to all nations.
“As you did it to one of the least of these…, you did it to me.”
This work is possible because of the generous partnership of many individuals who join us on mission. Your generosity enables me to serve as a missionary and seek to bring the Gospel to all nations.
Thank you for your prayerful consideration of supporting me and joining the mission of FOCUS!

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
