The Lord has invited me to serve as a missionary at Texas A&M! Gig ’em!

Going into college, there were so many exciting things going on around me that I quickly found myself placing my identity in academic success and campus involvement. While my faith remained a part of my life, I was so focused on accomplishments that I neglected to prioritize building friendships and soon became isolated and lonely. Through God’s grace and the joyful witness of a few incredible women, I was invited into the vibrant Catholic community on our campus. I discovered the beauty and love of Christ in a new way, and began a life of daily prayer and frequent sacraments. The Lord placed amazing women in my life who accompanied me on my walk with Christ and taught me that my identity can only be found in God. Through their witness and friendship, I began to experience the abundance of life that Christ promises us. After graduating, I knew that I wanted to give myself entirely to the Lord and live out His commandment to “go and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19) by accompanying other women in their walk of faith. I’m so excited to give my life to Him as a FOCUS missionary. It is such a blessing to walk alongside women on campus as they take steps in their adventure with Christ!

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission.
