We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
“Pray as though everything depended on God. Work as though everything depended on you.”
Saint Augustine
I currently serve at Central Connecticut State University!
My team from left to right: EJ, Elena, myself, and Joe
I grew up in a Catholic family, but prayer was more of a habitual practice than a relationship with God. I did all the Catholic things: Steubenville Conferences, youth group, choir and it was good, but I didn’t let those things permanently transform me until I made the decision to make my faith my own in high school. From there I went community college where I was lacking a Catholic Community until I transferred to Franciscan University graduating in 2022. From then I’ve worked with EWTN as a producer then a campus minister where I gained a passion for Catholic mission. I believe walking with college students, showing them the love of Jesus Christ, and giving them a space to cultivate their faith is my calling. I gave my yes to FOCUS because not only do I want to deepen my relationship with God, but because I want to bring as many people to heaven with me as I can!
“What if I said ‘yes’?” That’s the question I asked myself when I browsed the FOCUS website this past Spring. Of course, I had never been in a position where I’ve had to raise my salary before. “People will say no,” “we don’t live in a giving culture.” What if they said yes? I believe that God has called me to become a FOCUS missionary and I fully trust that He will provide me with all that I need to get me to campus this Fall; and that includes missionary partners like YOU! Join me on mission as I enliven the faith of college students by sharing the gospel. If you are interested, please reach out and I will schedule an appointment! I would love to share my mission with you!

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
