We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
I’ve been called to serve at Iowa State University (Roll Clones)! You can normally find me doing anything sports related, grabbing coffee, or just having conversations and sharing life with others.
At the University of Illinois, I came in with many expectations but none of them were related to the church. I was raised Catholic but never fully committed to the faith for a variety of reasons. That changed when I got on campus and came to realize Christ’s love for me and others through our Newman center during my freshman and sophomore year. Many others pointed me towards Him and patiently walked with me in that journey. My life fundamentally changed when I started to know Jesus and His Church. I felt the call and desire at the end of my time in college to share the Gospel with others and to follow the example of Jesus in this ministry.
The decision to serve mission with FOCUS comes with the knowledge that I will have to rely on The Lord and others for spiritual and financial support. I’m blessed to have incredible people partnering with me to help the mission of spreading the Gospel to others on campus. If you are interested in partnering with me, please let me know of the best way to reach you, I’d be honored to share in this mission with you.

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
