I have been called to serve at Coastal Carolina University in South Carolina!

My Story

I was blessed to be raised in a loving Catholic home and to attend Catholic school during my early years. This gave me a solid foundation in the faith. However, growing up, I saw religion more as a subject to study than as a relationship with a Person. I lacked the desire to live a life that prioritized Christ.

The summer before I started college, I attended a church conference with my home parish, expecting nothing more than a fun trip with friends. But the Lord had greater things in store. I encountered Jesus in the Eucharist during Adoration for the first time. In that moment, I experienced a love unlike anything I had ever known. Afterward, I knew I had to live differently and I couldn’t keep it to myself. I had to share what I had just experienced with others.

When I started college, I was eager to learn how to live a Christ-centered life. During my freshman year, I met a FOCUS missionary who deeply invested in me and modeled what a relationship with Jesus truly looked like. Through that example, I developed a deep desire for divine intimacy and a zeal for mission.

I began leading Bible studies and walking with college women in discipleship. I discovered that in pouring myself out for others, I found my truest self. Saying “yes” to the call to become a full-time missionary felt like the most natural response to the love I had received.

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. I’ve been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I serve on campus.
