Where I serve

Hello, my name is Francesca! I’m currently serving as a Varsity Catholic missionary, where I have the joy of serving the athletes at Winona State in Minnesota for a second year!

My Story

Throughout my time in college at the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, I often felt like I was living a double life… striving to be the best in my sport, stuck in the party culture, while also ‘trying’ to cultivate a relationship with Jesus. I was a lost student-athlete searching for something to fulfill me that wasn’t going to be found in the life I was living. It wasn’t until my junior and senior year where I had two amazing FOCUS missionaries who truly invested in me and met me where I was at. The authentic friendships I created, along with the Bible studies and discipleships I was involved in at the Oshkosh Newman Center, drew me in closer to living in & out the Lord’s abundant love!!

Throughout my first year on mission, Jesus has continually transformed my heart! He is yearning for yours as well! I am so happy to continue this journey at Winona State and witness all the beautiful ways He is working in the lives of His beloved children!

All of the beautiful women in my Bible study that God has blessed me with!
