Hey there! Welcome to a new chapter in my life as a FOCUS missionary.

Where I serve

I have spent the last four years in California serving as a campus missionary. The beauty and glory stories are endless. I am forever grateful for my time on campus. It has been life changing.

After getting married this past February I have decided to come back to Chicago and serve as a Parish Missionary at Mary Seat of Wisdom in Park Ridge. I am beyond thrilled to be able to serve our local parish and answer the Lord’s call to follow Him in a new way. Your support is extremely needed and cherished. I pray for you daily.

My Story

Honestly… my story is so much longer than 500 words. There are so many beautiful divine twists and turns that got me here. It was SEEK-2019 a FOCUS retreat held every year that brought me back to the church. I was so moved by the witness of young people who were actively pursing holiness and sharing it with others to reach so many others like me who were lost without Christ. FOCUS allowed me to learn about my faith through Summer Projects ( a summer formation program) and there I was convinced I HAD to be a missionary and give back to the Lord for finding me. As a missionary, my greatest desire is to lead all students to Christ. My life has been transformed by Jesus and I want nothing more than to bring this joy to others and introduce them to the life-changing message of the Gospel. In His ministry on earth, Jesus humbled Himself to meet us on our level, taking on our humanity, and spent most of His time investing deeply in a few. I look to Jesus own example to find the best method of reaching the world.

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I decided to entrust my finances to the Holy Family, and I asked Saint Anthony to help me find YOU. I took a leap of faith in relying on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. My Discipler at the University of Illinois in Chicago encouraged me to apply even if I did not know the people who were going to join my support team. She was so convicted that it was okay if I didn’t know them YET because the Lord did know them and called each one of them by name from the beginning. This was not only MY journey but a share missionary experience. I might not know you yet but I am so honored in having you be a part of changing students’ lives through the gospel and the apostolate of FOCUS.
