We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
I currently serve on the Events team specifically for the SEEK conference! For the past 4 years, I served at the University of Nebraska- Lincoln. I loved serving college students but there was a great need to help put on our annual SEEK conference.

These are a couple pictures of my teams from two of the years I was on campus!
I grew up Catholic and was basically just going through the motions. I continued to go to Mass on Sundays and attended Bible study every week at the Newman Center once I got to college, but I still wasn’t putting my faith first. During my sophomore year, I joined prayer teams with FOCUS because I couldn’t say no. 🙂 I also served on the Newman Center Student Board.
As I became more involved through these small “yeses,” I started to witness a girl living her life fully for the Lord, and that was incredibly attractive to me. In the spring of my sophomore year, she invited me into discipleship. From that point on, I began developing a consistent prayer life and a personal relationship with God. Soon after, I started leading a Bible study and walked with multiple women in discipleship. I also went on a mission trip to New York to serve alongside the Sisters of Life. Through these experiences, my desire to live out my faith wholeheartedly continued to grow. Eventually, I applied to become a FOCUS missionary, and the Lord transformed my heart and gave me the grace to say yes!
My four years as a missionary have been such a joy. It has been an incredible privilege to walk with women, helping them grow closer to Jesus and experience the joy that comes from a relationship with Him. I also loved sharing with college women the beauty of their femininity and the gift of their fertility, both of which were perfectly created by God. My life has been transformed because of Jesus, and I am excited to continue helping others encounter His goodness, love, and mercy by sharing the Gospel. Jesus met His disciples exactly where they were, and I have been blessed to do the same.
These past four years have been incredible as I’ve walked alongside the women at UNL. One of the greatest joys of my time there was seeing four women that I discipled go on to become FOCUS missionaries themselves. Watching the Lord work in their lives and call them into mission has been such a gift.
Now, I am so excited to be working behind the scenes to help put on the SEEK conference! Last year, more than 26,000 people attended. As a campus missionary, it was a gift to walk with students, invite them to SEEK, and see them encounter the Lord in profound ways. It was incredible to watch them return to campus on fire for their faith, taking bold steps such as leading a Bible study, having conversations about God with classmates, and committing to spending 20–30 minutes each day in silent prayer with the Lord. I have seen firsthand the impact SEEK has on students, and I am honored to continue serving the Lord by helping make those encounters possible.
When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. I’ve been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I serve on campus. If you are interested in partnering with me, please let me know of the best way to reach you and I will schedule an appointment. I’d be honored to share this mission with you.

We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.

We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
