We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
I have been all over the place in my 11 years with FOCUS. I started out as a missionary on campus at North Dakota State University for one year. Then, I became the Team Director at Ball State University for two years. Apparently Indiana wasn’t far enough East for me so I’ve been privileged to serve as a Regional Director in the East Area for 8 years. I currently serve eight schools in the East: The Naval Academy, the University of Delaware, Mount St. Mary’s University, West Virginia University, the University of Virginia, James Madison University, Virginia Tech, and the College of William and Mary. As a Regional Director, I get to be a missionary to the missionaries and work directly with over 30 missionaries!
After working in Campus Ministry for two years at my alma mater, the University of Wisconsin – Madison, I felt the Lord nudging me toward FOCUS. He placed on my heart a desire to go on mission for Him and invite students into relationship with Him. Ten years later and there’s nothing I’d rather be doing than serving Jesus as a missionary. I often wake up in the morning in disbelief that He has called me to this work!
This mission is needed in the world more today than ever before, but I cannot do it alone! I would love if you would join me in this mission so that you can impact the missionaries and the students in the East Area alongside me. I’ve been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I’ve served with FOCUS and I would be honored to share this mission with you. I truly believe that through your support you can help countless people experience the unending love and mercy of Jesus Christ. If you are interested in partnering with me, please let me know of the best way to reach you and I will follow up. You can easily reach me at [email protected] or 715-213-5614. I would be honored to share this mission with you!
We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
