We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
I am blessed to be serving Auraria Campus in Denver, Colorado.
Born a cradle Catholic, I went through the motions throughout high school. I took my faith and the support of a Christian community for granted. During my freshman year of college, I hit a low point which made me realize that I needed the Lord. As I struggled to find my way back to the faith, I found a supportive Christian community of FOCUS missionaries and fellow Catholics at George Mason University. Through bible studies, mission trips, and SEEK, I was able to recenter my life in Jesus Christ and meet awesome Christians along the way. Thanks to these meaningful friendships and encounters, I decided that the Lord was calling me to be a FOCUS missionary.
I am blessed to be participating in the Bosco Project through FOCUS in which I am learning about the special charism of St. John Bosco to serve the youth. Reflecting on my own experience, I realize how important it is to encourage the youth in their faith and to support them in whatever stage of their journey they are in.
Through your financial support and prayers, I will be able to reach more souls in the way of Saint John Bosco!

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.

We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
