We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
I’m excited to be returning to serve as the Team Director at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
I was raised Catholic by my parents but I can’t say I ever fully committed to the faith outside of Sunday Mass and Religious education. During college I fell into a pattern of lukewarmness, slowly drifting away from God. My day was filled with countless academic and athletic commitments with little options student ministry. My identity got swept up in sports and school. It wasn’t the presence of FOCUS missionaries, but the lack of them that I noticed. Having an older brother who was a FOCUS missionary, I was familiar with the work FOCUS was doing. Heading into my senior year of college I had desire for the deeper meaning for what our purpose is in life. Months later, after interviews, discernment and getting to experience the Lord’s will firsthand, I accepted a position with FOCUS as a missionary!
Getting to make my relationship with the Lord my first priority in life has been something tremendously special. Living a life in Christ and inviting students to pursue a life of divine intimacy and authentic friendship. This has been the most exciting chapter of my life yet and I can’t wait to see what Christ holds in store for me!
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit” (Matthew 28:19)
This mission is in need of people to be radically available as full-time missionaries. When I accepted the call to be a missionary I also made the decision to rely on the Lord to provide. This is done through the prayerful and financial support of mission partners.
I would to love to get the opportunity to talk to you more about Christ, FOCUS, and the mission.

We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.

We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
