Where I serve

I am currently in my first year of mission where The Lord has called me to serve at The Ohio State University. Here is a picture of our team!

My Story

I grew up in a strong Catholic household along side my three brothers. However, I fell away from my faith when I left home to pursue my studies at The University of Iowa. I joined a fraternity and relished in the Greek culture. There were many days filled with regret and confusion about my identity during this time. It wasn’t until a FOCUS missionary reached out and mentored me about what it means to be a true Catholic.

Because of his investment in my life, I had a radical reconversion back to the faith which has led to nothing but joy. This joy was too great for me not to share with others, which led me and some of my close friends to start a bible study in our fraternity. Since then, we have been teaching the new members of our fraternity about what it means to be a beloved son of God. As a full time FOCUS missionary I have a vision of bringing Christ to college fraternity men and to change Greek culture in a positive way.

When saying yes to become a FOCUS missionary, I knew I had to fully rely on The Lord and others for spiritual and financial support to carry out my vision. I’m blessed to have amazing people partnering with me to help the mission of spreading the Gospel to fraternity men on campus.
