I am very excited to be serving at James Madison University in Virginia!

I was extremely blessed to grow up in a large family rooted deeply in our Catholic faith. Attending Sunday Mass and faith formation growing up was crucial as I learned about the Church and her teachings; but it felt like there was still a big piece missing in my life. During my time at UW-Madison, I had an amazing encounter with the Lord through the community of students at St. Paul’s Catholic Student Center. After so many years, everything started to make sense, and I realized that no matter how much weight I carry, Jesus carries it with me and endured it all on the cross. In my junior year, I began attending Mass regularly and came to understand FOCUS’s mission through its missionaries on campus. As I grew in my faith, I realized that the battle for souls is real, and the biggest battlefront exists on college campuses.

When I said yes to becoming a FOCUS missionary, I made a commitment to rely entirely on the prayerful and financial support of my mission partners. Through them, I am enabled to give myself entirely over to the Lord and to the students that I serve on campus.
