Where I serve
I will be serving as a missionary at Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, IL!
My Story
I encountered the love of Jesus in college through authentic friendships with people that knew Him. Before this encounter, I was searching for happiness by trying to be well-liked and successful. I couldn’t understand why the happiness I felt was always temporary and unfulfilling. I was faced with the truth of Jesus at a retreat, and in this moment He invited me into a relationship with Him that I never thought would be possible. Through receiving the love of Jesus through prayer, the sacraments, authentic friendship, and deeper knowledge of Him, I am now growing in the ability and desire to love others. I do this by sharing the love of Jesus with them, and I’m so grateful that God has called me to do this as a FOCUS missionary on campus! This brings me so much joy, and I would love for you to join me in this life of joyful sacrifice for souls. Jesus never stops pursuing us!
