God has called me to serve college students as a Senior Regional Director with FOCUS. This is my 13th year as a missionary. It was an honor to serve at The Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston University, Tulane University in New Orleans and the University of Missouri-Columbia on campus for 5 years from 2011-2016. Three of those years, I served as a Team Director. I now work with multiple campuses across the West Area, serving and supporting the missionaries. During my time as a Regional Director, I have served campuses in Louisiana, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado and Arizona.

When I was in college my life was radically changed. I encountered Jesus Christ through prayer and relationships. Encouragement and friendships with FOCUS missionaries in Kansas City, MO helped me begin to change my life for the better and truly enter into discipleship with Jesus. Upon graduating I knew there was no other place that God wanted me than back on campus, reaching out and sharing the Gospel with the lost and lonely. Today, I get to form authentic and genuine relationships with many students – the same type of friendship that changed my life. I have traveled on mission with FOCUS and Newman Centers across the country to Spain, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, India, El Salvador and New Mexico. On June 25th, 2016 I was united in the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony to my wife, Stef. We reside in Nebraska with our three daughters, Evelyn, Mae, and Laurel!

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. I’ve been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I serve on campus.
