We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
This year I am serving at The Ohio State University as a first-year missionary!
Hi all! I’m Libby Wilkins! I grew up in a Christian home in a small town in Nebraska. From the time I was young, I wanted to know Jesus and draw closer to Him, and there were many moments of encounter throughout my life. But real, deep encounter happened when I decided to convert to Catholicism during my sophomore year of college at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Throughout my conversion, Jesus continued to draw me into the divine intimacy through daily Eucharistic adoration.
Now, I find it an incredible gift to lead others into intimacy with the Savior through prayer! This year is bound to be filled with great joys and grace! I find great consolation during this move, knowing that the Father desires to draw close to me in every time and place.
In Isaiah 6:8, the voice of the Lord calls out to Isaiah, saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” Isaiah answers, “Here I am, send me!” We are all called to be sent out on mission; for some, this is fulfilled not through going, but through giving. I would be honored to connect with you and share how you can become part of my mission in Columbus through a financial gift!

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.

We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
