I was blessed to grow up in a Catholic family where tradition and catechesis were deeply valued. However, despite that strong foundation, I was missing an intimate relationship with our Father. As a result, I began searching for happiness in other places to fill the void that only He could satisfy. Through the work of the Holy Spirit, a FOCUS missionary invited me to walk a different path than the one I was on. As I began to dive deeper into prayer and the sacraments, I encountered the intimate relationship with God that I had longed for. He had always been waiting to pour abundant graces into my life—I simply had to surrender to Him. Now, I know there are many hearts longing to seek the Lord in a deeper way, and I feel called to extend that same invitation to others.
