Howdy! My name’s Marc. I’m a FOCUS Missionary at Tulane University!
“For what will it profit them to gain the whole world and forfeit their life”
Mark 8:36
God has called me to serve in New Orleans, Louisiana at Tulane University! I’m honored and excited to walk with the men at Tulane and call them into a deeper relationship with Jesus.
I have been extremely blessed to be raised in a great family where I was able to fully practice my Catholic Faith. I attended Catholic School from PK3 through 12th grade, my parents took us to daily Mass, and I was given excellent formation in the home. But when I arrived at Texas A&M and joined the Corps of Cadets, I noticed that there was a lack of substance with how I actually practiced my faith, and through my first semester I was simply just going through the motions and really leading a double life. However, at the beginning of my second semester, an invitation from a stranger named Patrick after Mass to join a FOCUS Bible Study ultimately was the beginning of a slow, beautiful journey the Lord has had me on. From there, I was placed in a Bible Study with my now good friend Brandon, who not only led my study, but also made the decision to walk with me toward Jesus. Patrick and Brandon’s decision to live out the Great Commission, which they learned to do from the FOCUS missionaries walking with them, ultimately propelled me to gradually seek depth and intimacy in my relationship with Christ and better understand how to live my Catholic Faith. After 4 1/2 years at Texas A&M where I was able to grow and be formed by the FOCUS missionaries at my campus, I made the decision that I want to be the hands and feet of Christ and help to fulfill His Great Commission, specifically on the college campus, which is what led me to say “yes” to FOCUS.
When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. I’ve been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I serve on campus. I would like to invite you, through prayers or financially, to go on this journey of evangelization with me.
If you are interested in partnering with me, please let me know the best way to reach you and I will schedule an appointment. I’d be honored to share this mission with you.

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
