Where I serve

I have been sent to The University of West Georgia in Carrollton, Georgia. This will be my first year on campus, and I am super excited to start this mission UWG Team Pic (1)

My Story

I was born a catholic. I was blessed to be baptized and confirmed early on in my life, but when I started at Florida State, I found myself being drawn away. My school definitely had its share of distractions, and I had drifted away from God. Putting my worth and Identity in all of the wrong places and people.

But when FOCUS came to FSU, it was as if I rediscovered my faith all over again. They showed me how rich and joyful a life in communion with God is through bible studies, discipleship, and genuine friends that push me to chase God by living a virtuous life. Their example has and still is inspiring me in my own bible studies and discipleship groups that I’ve led.

This is how I decided to join FOCUS as well. Having been so radically changed by these people and being able to see so many people’s lives being changed by even a small encounter with God on campus made me want to show others how deeply they are loved by Him. I am very grateful and excited for this opportunity!
