We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
“Modern man listens more willingly to witnesses than to teachers, and if he does listen to teachers, it is because they are witnesses.”
-Pope St. Paul VI
I will be serving as a missionary at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. I’m excited to begin my first year on mission with FOCUS. As a missionary, I will get to walk with students in their journey toward deeper faith in Christ.
I grew up in a Catholic family in St. Paul, Minnesota. My knowledge and practice of the Faith were nurtured throughout my childhood, but it was not until high school that I understood what a personal relationship with Jesus looked like. I went to Franciscan University of Steubenville where I studied Theology and Catechetics. My desire was to learn more about the Faith and lead others into their own relationship with Jesus.
In my summers during college, I served as a missionary with Totus Tuus. This program evangelizes and catechizes children from 1st through 12th grade. At the end of my second summer, I had an intense desire to give more of my life to mission. My post-grad plans shifted over the course of my senior year, and soon I will have the joy of spreading the gospel to the students at MIT!
When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. If you are interested in partnering with me, please let me know of the best way to reach you, and I will schedule an appointment. It would be an honor to share this mission with you!

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
