Where I serve

I’m serving as a first-year missionary at the University of Tulsa. Reign ‘Cane!

As a missionary, God has called me to work on-campus with students, investing in their lives with the love of Christ and equipping them through Bible studies and formation groups to help them grow in their identities as missionary disciples and beloved children of God.

Serving alongside my team, I’m proud to share the mission of FOCUS: “To know Christ Jesus and fulfill His Great Commission,” and I’m looking forward to all the work God has in store for me.

My Story

As a child, I grew up in a non-denominational Christian home, going to Catholic school as an agnostic. When I reached high school, my life began to crumble, entering a deep season of depression, where my perception of God would grow colder and more distant each day. After tasting what the world could offer, I was left unsatisfied, confused, and enslaved.

It wasn’t until my first year of college at the University of Florida when I began to consider the Christian faith as more than a mere cultural reality. After two years of tireless searching, I finally found myself thirsting for God and desiring all that He has to offer in His Church. It was during this time I met the FOCUS missionaries on my campus. Through the love and friendship they shared with Christ and with each other, I was beginning to see the abundant life I was searching for. After walking with them and the other dear friends God led me to, I entered the Church in 2025 at the Easter Vigil, where I received the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and First Communion.

Now, I live as an adopted son of God, who is beloved by the Father! By partnering with FOCUS, I now get to answer His call to fulfill the Great Commission in a unique way and have the privilege of inviting other souls like me to fall in love with Jesus in the Eucharist and live in His abundant life.
