My name is Nathan Soares, and I have been blessed with a glorious purpose; To share the love of Jesus Christ to others, and to help strengthen their faith.
Where I serve
I am excited to serve outside of my home of California, and to share the Lord’s love at the University of Nevada, Reno.
My Story
I’ve helped teach the Gospel to students from middle school to college age before working in FOCUS. Getting students ready for confirmation, getting kids excited for youth group, and leading the Newman club at California State University of Stanislaus. My campus was fortunate enough to get FOCUS missionaries on campus when I was a Senior. I valued the investment they put into these students, and it inspired me to do the same for others. I applied, and it turns out they saw me as a good fit since I’m here!
