We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
In my first year of mission, I have been assigned to South Dakota State University in Brookings, South Dakota! Go Jacks!
While Brookings is quite away from home, the team and campus community at SDSU have welcomed me in and treated me like family. I am blessed to get to work with these great students and excited to see what the future holds for them!
God’s journey for my life has led me down many paths and adventures that I never could have imagined. At one particular fork in the road, I heard His voice calling me down a road in an unexpected direction, inviting me to consider serving as a Focus missionary. Focus played a huge role in my life throughout my college years at the University of Southern Indiana, helping to nurture and grow the faith that my family and community instilled in me since I was a child. I can only hope to help students similarly. I am beyond excited and honored to serve the Church on campus and introduce students to Jesus Christ!
The missionaries who discipled me taught me the importance of living a life of chastity, sobriety, and excellence in college and beyond. I greatly enjoyed my time at USI where I studied Business Admin & Agribusiness.
Before serving as a Focus missionary, I was blessed to live in the Fr. Deydier House of Discernment and Propadeutic House of Formation in Evansville with some truly inspiring men.
I would not be where I am today without the guidance and companionship of so many great friends!
Family was my first introduction to faith. Here is a picture of my father, Donnie, and his “sons.”

This mission would not be possible without YOU! It’s your prayers and support that have sent me to campus, and you are impacting every soul that OUR mission encounters on campus and beyond. Praise be to Jesus! And let’s spread the Good News!

We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
