We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
I am super excited to get the opportunity to serve at Black Hills State University! I will work with the student-athletes! Go Yellow Jackets!
Growing up, I was raised Lutheran, but I never took my faith seriously, and because of that, I never truly felt satisfied. During a low point in my life, I was invited to a FOCUS Bible study, and it opened my eyes to a completely new way of living. I kept showing up and gradually became more and more invested.
As I continued taking steps to grow in my faith, I eventually agreed to attend a Catholic conference called SEEK. At SEEK, I was surrounded by thousands of college students from across the United States and was exposed to concepts of the Catholic Church that I had never encountered before. I began asking questions, seeking answers, and eventually went through OCIA before being confirmed into the Catholic Church on October 30, 2025.
After SEEK, I became more involved at the Newman Center and built some great friendships. I now lead the baseball team Bible study and lead a discipleship group. I now truly feel fulfilled in my life, and I am excited to continue growing in my faith and learning more about the Catholic Church.
As a FOCUS missionary, I have the incredible privilege of relying on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners who make it possible for me to serve full-time. This partnership allows me to be fully present on campus, accompanying students as they encounter Jesus and grow in discipleship.
If you feel called to join me in this mission—through prayer, financial support, or simply learning more—I would be honored to connect with you. I’d love to set up a time to share how God is moving through this ministry and how you can be a part of it.
Please let me know the best way to reach you. Know that I am already praying for you, and it would be a true blessing to walk together in sharing the Gospel.

We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.

We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
